FAQ
What matters is your role and current level of English. If it’s high (B2+), all you need to do is prepare for interviews and practice the right vocabulary. Try out our 3-month interview preparation program or our intensive Speaking course.
If your level is between A2 and B1, you should first improve your level — the 6-month Level Up program is a great option. If you need help figuring out what you need, request a consultation with one of our managers and we will help you decide.
In our experience, it’s easier to get an offer in Germany, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Serbia, Great Britain, the UAE, Spain and CIS countries. However, our clients receive offers from all over the world — like Portugal, USA, Canada, Ireland, and other countries.
Your chances of receiving an international job offer depend on your English level (from B1+/B2), current experience (seniority, role, expertise) and search strategy (which countries and positions you’re applying to). You should start the process by assessing your chances and strategy. You can take our assessment test as well as attend a career consultation or a language-coaching session.
If you’ve applied to over 100 jobs and gotten no interviews, you need to identify the roadblock. First, analyse your CV — does it comply with international formatting conventions and pass automatic pre-screens? Look at where you tend to look for jobs and how recent the job ads are. Where you apply is also important — is it via company websites, job boards or using Easy Apply on LinkedIn (we don’t recommend that)? It is also important to track your success and analyse it.
To be successful, first take care of the basics: have a solid search strategy, a good CV and cover letter, and an up-to-date LinkedIn profile. When responding to vacancies, pay attention to how new they are (ideally up to 3 days old for middle/senior positions and up to a month old for C-Level). We will be happy to assist you at every step — try out our Start Your Search or Applications & Networking packages.
We would be happy to help, but how quickly you receive an offer depends on multiple factors such as your role, seniority, and level of English (level of interview preparation), as well as the number of applications, interview request rate and your search strategy in general. In our experience, you need at least 6 months of focused effort to get an offer.
